Mission:
As Offer Quality Leader, you work closely with the teams responsible for new product introductions, manufacturing plants, and the Customer experience team. You are responsible for developing Squad accountability and responsible for Excellence of Customer Experience, Quality, Reliability and Safety activities. You manage the Issue to Prevention (I2P) actions prioritized by the Squad.



You have the authority to decide on manufacturing stop or derogation proposals. You are responsible for complex products, new offers and/or systems and services, predominantly in Europe environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a reference for Excellence of Customer Experience, and Quality activities.
- Manage the Issue to Prevention actions prioritized by the League.
- Bring manufacturing stop or derogation proposals.
- Influence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Support continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices.

Offer Quality
- Manage the complete squad’s backlog of Quality actions for existing offers to improve the Customer Experience.
- Support the Product Owner, consolidate, monitor the overall Customer Experience & Offer Quality performance, managing different KPIs (NSS/NPS, FFR, OSA, CMI, BRE, NQC).
- Participate in the different execution steps of projects and as the ultimate
