Experteer Overview
As Principal Statistical Programmer, you will provide advanced technical expertise to develop programming solutions for complex studies, coordinating efforts across projects. You will act as an internal consultant, shaping specifications and user needs for client requirements. You’ll lead programming efforts, ensure quality, and mentor SP teams while coordinating with statisticians and clinical colleagues. This role offers impact through standards-driven delivery and close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Program, test, and document statistical programs for tables, figures, and listings
• Program analysis datasets (derived datasets) and transfer files for internal and external clients
• Perform programming quality control checks on source data and report data issues
• Develop programming specifications from project requirements for complex studies
• Provide advanced technical expertise and deliver project solutions with SP teams
• Lead technical work for single complex studies or groups of studies




• Communicate with internal and client statisticians and clinical team members to align on requirements and timelines
• Estimate programming scope, manage resources, and negotiate project timelines
• Promote established standards, SOPs, and best practices
• Provide training and mentoring to SP team members

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Computer science, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years' Statistical Programming experience within the Life Science Industry
• Strong Efficacy experience
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development process
• Advanced knowledge of computing applications such as Base SAS, SAS Graph and SAS Macro Language
• Advanced knowledge of relevant Data Standards (CDISC/ADaM/SDTM)
