Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Deel's procurement agenda, managing end-to-end purchasing, vendor relationships, and contract governance to optimize spend and maximize business value. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and other functions to align procurements with strategic goals, renew software and services, and ensure scalable, compliant growth. You will maintain a single source of truth for the technology stack and implement governance around access, utilization, and contracts. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute the procurement strategy and oversee end-to-end purchasing processes, systems, and policies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to align decisions with business needs
• Own and manage software, tool, and service renewals with stakeholder alignment on use cases, ROI, and renewal strategy
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the lowest total cost of ownership
• Maintain SSOT for the technology stack including tools, owners, access models, and usage
• Define and enforce procurement governance including access rules, contract compliance, and IAM coordination




• Evaluate vendor performance via KPIs and ROI frameworks with regular reviews
• Track license utilization and headcount forecasts to minimize waste and assist planning
• Identify supplier and platform risks and develop mitigation/continuity plans
• Support financial processes with data for POs, forecasts, renewals, and amendments

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of procurement experience in the software industry
• Excellent communication skills, low ego, and empathy
• Confidence and integrity, with determination and thoroughness
• Experience reading and understanding contracts and managing software/cloud services vendors and expenses
• Understanding of end-to-end IT value chains
• Ability to model different business scenarios and analyze costs, impacts, risks, and benefits
• Ability to assemble and analyze large data sets and perform in-depth cost analyses (e.g., should-cost models, benchmarking)
