Afori, the AI layer for insurance brokers, is building a first dedicated People & Operations hire in Barcelona. You’ll own recruiting from touchpoint to offers, shape onboarding, payroll inputs, and HR compliance, and help design high-performance teams.
You’ll lead the search for our new Barcelona office, greet new joiners, and manage finance ops with our external bookkeeper, while building an internal AI agent team to scale operations.
