How You Will Do It
- Design, develop, and validate first‑of‑kind Metasys software, integrations, and advanced control strategies.
- Define and maintain general standards including templates, engineering guidelines, Sequence of Operation (SOOs), and Description of Operation (DOOs).
- Provide technical governance through design reviews, quality assurance, and best‑practice alignment across regions.
- Partner closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Johnson Controls R&D;, cybersecurity, and global delivery organizations.
- Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of controls solutions.
