The Role
The School Administrator is a vital member of the school's administrative team and serves as one of the first points of contact for parents, visitors and prospective families. The successful candidate will be professional, approachable, organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, parents and students.
- Sign in vistors to the school.




- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate members of staff.
- Maintain a professional reception area at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

School Administration
- Maintain accurate student records and administrative databases (Alexia).
- Prepare letters, certificates and school documentation.
- Assist with attendance records and inform staff of daily absences.
- Create student allergy lists for the Kitchen.
- Translate lunch menu´s on a monthly basis.
- Support the organisation of school events, meetings and parent evenings.
- Maintain confidential files in accordance with GDPR and school policies.
- Create monthly lunch registers.
- Follow up and track lunch payments.
- File and monitor delivery notes.
- Book School Trips and buses.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
- Prepare evacuation/emergency attendance l
