Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify, assess, and qualify leads. Conduct initial evaluations, schedule meetings to introduce Zaz, and collect all necessary information to determine eligibility for relevant funding instruments, ensuring proper documentation in line with Zaz guidelines.
- Funding Advisory: Build strong expertise in European funding instruments to advise clients on the best options for their development stage.




- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly internal meetings, present managed cases, share updates, and follow up with prospects on agreed actions.
- Deal Flow Strategy: Partner with instrument team leaders to design and implement strategies that strengthen deal flow.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate time for proposal development and allocate the right consultants for project execution.
- Client Contract Management: Oversee contract processes in collaboration with management. Address client concerns, monitor progress, and ensure timely contract completion.
- Market Initiatives: Research and launch new target market initiatives that align with departmental goals.
- Strategic Planning: Support operational improvements by conducting forward-looking planning and analysis.
- Networking: Represent Zaz at key meetings and conferences to expand
