Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels
- Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving game-related inquiries with accuracy and speed
- Represent the company brand with enthusiasm and professionalism within the competitive Gaming & Esports community
- Stay updated on the latest game releases, patches,



and competitive tournaments to better assist our player base
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends or technical issues within the gaming platform
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for general gamers through empathetic communication
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support workflows and documentation

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong command of the English language for professional collaboration
- Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its ecosystem
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues
- Previous experience in a customer service or support-oriented environment is considered an advantage
