Key responsibilities
- Lead the general Total Rewards strategy: compensation, benefits, job architecture, salary review, incentive programmes and international mobility.
- Act as the organisation’s technical point of reference on reward matters, advising senior leadership on complex compensation decisions.
- Drive greater visibility and analysis of workforce costs in partnership with Finance.
- Manage international mobility processes and sensitive cases (expatriation, repatriation, relocations).
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders, balancing internal equity, external competitiveness and governance.
