In this role you will lead Preply's Fraud Operations to protect the platform’s financial integrity at a global scale. You’ll oversee investigations, dispute processes, and risk governance, partnering with Product, Payments, and Finance to drive a trusted marketplace. You’ll shape the ops strategy, build scalable processes, and translate frontline observations into actionable enhancements.
