Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and client meetings to subscription closure.

Manage free trial processes.

Handle auto-assigned leads.

Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.

Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Handle approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day.

€30,000 gross annual base salary

Requirements

Native or bilingual Polish

Native or bilingual English

Must already reside in Spain

1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting)

Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

KPI and metrics-oriented

Availability aligned with the US time zone
