Freight People Recruitment CZ is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sea Freight Manager to lead the sea freight department in an international freight forwarding company that offers air/sea/road freight forwarding services, customs clearance services and warehousing solutions.
The role requires managing a team of 6 to 10 sea freight operators and driving business development activities, balancing sales and operations to deliver excellent service and growth.
