The team collaborates closely with regional sales, product, legal, and operations teams to ensure consistent execution of IPC’s commercial strategy.
This role sits within a high-performing, internationally diverse team, with key stakeholders across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. The position covers CALA (Central America & Latin America), requiring strong alignment with both regional partners and global leadership.
Role Overview The Sales Manager, CALA is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the CALA region through the effective management and development of channel partners.
Based in Madrid, this role operates across CALA time zones and acts as the primary commercial interface between IPC and its channel ecosystem in the region. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity generation through to deal closure.
The successful candidate will build trusted partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure IPC’s value proposition is effectively positioned in highly competitive financial markets.
Key responsibilities include
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed annual sales and revenue targets across assigned territories and accounts
Channel Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute channel strategies to expand IPC’s footprint and market share in CALA
Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle with channel partners (from pipeline generation to booking)
Partner Relationship Leadership: Act as the primary relationship owner for key channel partners,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and conducting regular visits to strengthen relationships and drive engagement
Business Development Enablement: Support partners in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IPC’s product portfolio
Forecasting & Pipeline: Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and weekly reporting via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Escalation & Issue Resolution: Act as a key escalation point for commercial and operational issues impacting channel performance
Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and partner contractual processes
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Legal, Operations) to optimize deal structuring and execution
Market Intelligence: Maintain deep awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments, representing IPC in client meetings, presentations, and industry networking opportunities How You Will Make an Impact In this role, you will directly contribute to IPC’s growth strategy by strengthening its presence across the CALA region and accelerating indirect revenue through channel partners.

Contribution to strategic initiatives and regional market penetration Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within financial services, fintech, or a related industry
Proven experience managing indirect/channel sales models
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large general accounts
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading environments
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and pipeline management
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the CALA region Desired Skills and Experience Additional language skills (Portuguese highly desirable)
Experience with IPC-related solutions (trading communications, connectivity, compliance tools)
Knowledge of IP-based technologies and network solutions
Experience working in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
Exposure to trading floor environments or capital markets infrastructure
