Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and advance data science initiatives, delivering production ML models and data processing solutions for both customer-facing and internal products. You’ll mentor a mixed team of junior and senior data scientists while collaborating with product managers and engineering leads to shape roadmaps. You will explore new platforms, prototype with end users, and document technical design to guide scalable, secure analytics in cybersecurity-focused products. - Lead complex data science projects end-to-end
- Design/implement data science solutions for customer-facing and internal use
- Develop production ML models and feature engineering

- At least 9 years of data science experience with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Strong academic background (PhD) acceptable as substitute
- Deep knowledge of data science methodologies and project leadership
- Proficient in major programming languages (Python, Java, or C++)
- ML background with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
- Proven track record deploying ML models in industry
- Experience with Python-based frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Collaborative with stakeholders to advance projects
- Mentorship experience for junior and senior data scientists
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving with real-world data
- Willingness to share knowledge and domain expertise
