- Lead planning and execution of cross-functional internal projects across core business functions
- Translate business needs into structured project plans with milestones and ownership
- Adapt delivery methods based on complexity and priorities while keeping execution standards
- Establish project operating rhythms, tracking, and dependency management
- Clarify priorities, roles, and responsibilities among stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, risk/issue tracking, and decision-support reporting




- Identify risks and blockers, propose mitigations, escalate when needed

- 5-7 years of project management experience in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
- Proven experience with blended waterfall and agile approaches

- Proactive risk, dependency, and stakeholder management
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders without direct line authority
