Programme Structure

Months 1–4 | Discover the Business & Master the Foundations

You’ll begin by immersing yourself in the engine of UNIQLO: our stores.



Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you’ll build a deep understanding of our customers, our products, and what makes our operations world-class.

You’ll learn and master:
- Customer service
- Product deliveries & replenishment
- Omni-channel & checkout operations
- Onboarding and training new starters
- Product category management

Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership

As a supervisor, you’ll begin leading teams on the shop floor, influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance, building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

You’ll take on:
- Team coordination & daily planning
- Developing the performance of your colleagues
- Operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Ownership of a key subdivision, ensuring day to day performance
