Your role
As Finance Director , you will lead the financial strategy and overall financial management of Nômade Temple Madrid, ensuring the business achieves its financial, operational, and strategic objectives. You will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, providing accurate financial insights, driving profitability, managing risk, and supporting informed business decisions.
You will oversee Finance, Procurement, and relevant financial systems and processes, ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.

What you will do:
- Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with the business and property objectives




- Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, supporting key business decisions
- Provide financial analysis, scenarios, and business cases to support strategic decision-making
- Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and short- and long-term financial planning
- Prepare and present accurate, clear, and insightful financial reports to Management, Ownership, and Corporate
- Analyze financial performance and variances, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions
- Oversee monthly financial closings, reconciliations, balance sheet controls, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee tax management, including VAT, corporate taxes, and relevant financial filings
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial informat
