Napapijri is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.

Let's talk about the role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Spain and Portugal, leading the wholesale strategy, managing key customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities to deliver profitable growth for Napapijri.

You will act as the main commercial representative for the brand in Iberia, working closely with strategic partners, key accounts and internal teams to strengthen Napapijri's presence in the market.

This role is based in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

Defining and executing the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal.
Driving sales growth and profitability across the Wholesale channel.
Managing strategic accounts including El Corte Inglés and other key customers.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities and distribution partnerships.
Negotiating annual agreements and commercial plans with key accounts.




Managing external agents and ensuring strong market execution.
Driving forecasting accuracy, account planning and pre-book performance.
Expanding concession and consignment opportunities across Iberia.
Working closely with Retail, Marketing, Digital and Finance teams.
Leading and developing the Iberian commercial network to achieve business objectives.

Skills For Success

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with strong wholesale expertise and a proven track record of delivering business growth. You will bring:

8+ years of sales leadership experience within Fashion, Lifestyle, Sportswear or Premium Consumer Brands.
Strong Wholesale experience across Spain and Portugal.
Proven experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.
Experience working with concession business models and major retail partners.
Strong business development, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
