Responsibilities

Ensure the growth and profitability of Impress's operations in the region, driving sales and profit results across all clinics.
Take an active leadership role in managing rented spaces and Impress's flagship clinics, being responsible for their performance and operations.
Act as a liaison between the Country Manager and the Impress clinics; communicate the vision, motivate all team members, and ensure high performance and a competitive environment.
Monitor the sales plans of Clinic Managers, Treatment Coordinators, and doctors daily and weekly; track conversions and implement improvement action plans when necessary.
Ensure compliance with monthly and annual budgets, maximizing revenue streams and minimizing costs in close collaboration with Clinic Managers.
Lead and train the sales team, hygienists, and dentists in best business practices, monitoring their KPIs.




Connect genuinely with our clients to maintain their enthusiasm throughout their journey toward a more confident smile.
Ensure compliance with sales and operational processes, as well as follow-up procedures. Resolve escalated issues.
Organize team work schedules (sales, hygienists, and dentists), ensuring optimal staff training and efficiency.
Participate in recruitment, training, feedback, and contract termination processes.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and protocols.
Guarantee a seamless customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
Ensure a flawless image (look and feel) in our clinics and achieve the highest NPS (Net Promoter Score) scores.
Be physically present in our clinics across Spain.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the dental industry and an understanding of orthodontic clinical concepts will be considered a plus.
