This is a customer-facing technical role supporting manufacturers as they adopt modern digital and AI-enabled technologies.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers turn platform capabilities into measurable operational improvements.
The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on guidance across architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical enablement.
You will work closely with customer stakeholders ranging from app builders to IT and Operations leaders.
Internally, you will collaborate across Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams.
The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and ownership-driven, with opportunities to solve complex problems across general manufacturing industries.

Accountabilities
Partner with customers and account teams to develop and execute technical success plans that support adoption, value realization, and long-term customer outcomes.
Advise customers on platform architecture, integrations, advanced use cases, and technical optimization opportunities.
Lead technical conversations with a wide range of customer stakeholders, translating complex concepts into practical recommendations.
Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and help customers design scalable solutions using no-code technology.
Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, platform deep-dives, and enablement activities.
Guide customers through complex implementations and integrations while establishing appropriate technical best practices and governance.
