Braun Management works with executive teams to solve deep-seated organizational problems through rigorous analysis and honest conclusions. We address the structural truths that hinder growth when internal processes no longer reflect operational reality.
The Role A leading European logistics provider is currently working with us to refine their operational structures and internal workflows. As a Scrum Master Intern, you will support this engagement by helping the project team maintain focus and clarity throughout the development cycle. This fully remote position exists to ensure that agile principles are applied practically to solve real-world logistical complexities rather than just following a template.
You will work alongside our consultants to help the client team navigate their tasks while learning how organizational theory applies to high-stakes logistics projects.
What You Will Do
- Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups and other team syncs to ensure clear communication across the remote team.
- Maintain digital project boards, ensuring that tasks are updated, categorized correctly, and reflect current progress.
- Draft summaries of weekly retrospectives to capture what is working and where organizational friction remains.
- Support the preparation of planning sessions by organizing backlogs and helping to clarify task requirements.
- Observe team interactions to identify potential blockers or areas where decision rights are unclear.
- Help produce documentation that explains project milestones and outcomes for the logistics client leadership.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to align agile workflows with the broader organizational goals of the engagement.
- Update internal knowledge bases with findings related to team velocity and project health.
What We Are Looking For
- A foundational understanding of agile principles and a sincere interest in organizational design.
- The ability to write clearly and concisely about complex topics without using unnecessary jargon.
- Strong organizational habits and the discipline required to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Curiosity about how large business systems, such as those in European logistics, function internally.
- An observant nature and the ability to listen carefully to team discussions to spot underlying issues.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and project management software.
- Comfort with direct, honest feedback and a preference for evidence-backed conclusions.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a university program in business, management, or a related field.
How We Work
At Braun Management, our work is rooted in documentation and precision rather than social chatter or unnecessary meetings. We operate as a fully remote team,
which means we rely heavily on written communication to keep everyone informed and accountable. We value the unglamorous but necessary work of digging into data and observing how teams actually function.
Our culture is professional and direct, prioritizing the clarity needed to help our clients navigate complex governance structures and operational challenges.
What We Offer
- A paid internship with a monthly rate that is competitive for the current market.
- A fully remote work arrangement that offers flexibility and autonomy.
- Exposure to high-level consulting projects for major European organizations.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals who value intellectual rigor.
- Access to internal resources and training on organizational theory and agile methodologies.
- Experience working on complex logistical problems that have significant real-world impact.
- A professional environment that values your contributions and encourages evidence-based thinking.
By supporting our work with this logistics provider, you will help bridge the gap between abstract project goals and concrete daily actions. Your focus on clarity and process helps ensure that structural changes are actually implemented rather than just discussed. This role provides a practical look at how agile frameworks can be used to resolve organizational friction in a sector that is vital to the European economy.
Through meticulous documentation and support, you contribute directly to providing the logistics provider with a clear path forward.
