Ensure pod contributions to each release meet high quality standards, focusing on defect prevention and user experience Develop clear and comprehensive test plans with scope, estimates, resourcing, and tooling needs Create, maintain, and execute test suites and test cases tailored to the pod Maintain a prioritized bug database and lead onboarding of external QA resources Perform hands-on testing, raise pre-production quality concerns,



and champion a 'shift left' approach Facilitate pod-specific playtests and collaborate with Customer Support and Live & Release teams to investigate live issues Monitor app health metrics such as ANRs and crash rates and act to mitigate issues Participate in team ceremonies and contribute to QA governance and best practices Требования:

Strong verbal and written communication with excellent attention to detail Time management, accountability, and organizational skills Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask in an agile setup Exceptional reporting capabilities Extensive knowledge of JIRA and/or similar bug tracking systems Mobile testing experience and understanding of Apple/Google submission protocols Sound understanding of the gaming industry and end-to-end development lifecycle Условия:
