hands-on Quality Manager

to take ownership of quality performance in a dynamic manufacturing plant. This is a

stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement .

What you will do

Lead and elevate the

Quality function

within the plant

Ensure compliance with

IATF 16949

and customer requirements

Act as a key interface with customers, managing

quality issues and escalations

Identify risks and drive improvements across

product, processes, and equipment

Strengthen core quality tools ( FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA )

Boost

process capability and operational excellence

Lead change,



bringing structure, clarity, and results

What we are looking for

Proven experience as

Quality Manager in automotive manufacturing

Strong expertise in

IATF 16949 and core quality tools

Results-driven, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset

Ability to operate in

fast-paced or transformation environments

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

High-impact position with real decision-making power

Close interaction with plant leadership
