In this hybrid role based in Barcelona, you will support day-to-day accounting operations within a global finance team. You will perform bank reconciliations, record GL entries, assist with month-end close, and manage intercompany postings and fixed assets. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable, support audits, and provide financial insights to cross-functional business units. You will drive process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of our shared service accounting function.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies• Record general ledger entries in line with policy• Assist month-end close and GL reconciliations for accuracy• Post and reconcile intercompany transactions• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on reconciliations• Support external and internal audits• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiativesResponsabilidades• Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience• Experience in xcskxlj international environments, across multiple entities• Strong English communication skills• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities• Team-oriented mindset with focus on shared goals• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle ERP experience is a strong plusRequisitos principales•
