Would you like to join our team?#ThePlaceToBeWe are looking for a Project Manager to work on retail and office projects in Madrid.Key responsabilities- Planning, cost, and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle:- from the design concept through to project completion.- Coordination of design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers- Preparation of minutes, reports, and documentation to inform the client of the project’s status- and decisions to be made- Solicitation of bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams- Technical consulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing)In addition, the individual must participate in and contribute to the Management System by understanding and implementing the following:- Compliance with Quality and Environmental policies.- Application of the Best Environmental Practices Manual.- Compliance with SyS’s global policies and standards.Job requirementsTo succeed in this position, you must have:- Experience: At least 5 years of solid, demonstrable experience in fit and out retail and office projects.- Education: Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems.- Professional Skills and Knowledge:



Office 365, Microsoft Project, and English (constant communication with English-speaking clients will be required, as well as leading technical meetings). 90% of the time, work will be conducted in English.- Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, on-site health and safety standards, and sustainability standards.- Personal Skills: Coordination and planning abilities.
