Experteer Overview
In this strategic role, you will build and lead a research program that reveals foundational customer mindsets and drivers, shaping product and business strategy. You will create durable frameworks and partner across teams to translate insights into company-wide direction. You’ll mentor colleagues and evolve Nexthink’s research practice, advancing a mature, evidence-driven culture. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product, design, and leadership with customer-centric rigor.

• Define and lead a strategic research agenda that shifts product and business strategy
• Build durable frameworks (customer mindsets, segmentation, mental models, jobs-to-be-done, journey maps)
• Create trust with internal stakeholders managing key customer relationships
• Partner with field insights, product analytics, and data science to triangulate signals into an evidence-backed narrative
• Own a program of work and set priorities to move the business
• Influence product, design, and executive leadership by translating research into strategy
• Mentor designers, researchers, and product partners to raise research fluency
• Establish and evolve methods, tooling, and standards of the research practice

Responsabilidades




• 8+ years UX research (Staff) or 5+ years (Senior)
• Experience building broad adoption frameworks like segmentation, mindsets, journey maps, or JTBD
• Hands-on AI-enabled research operations and/or analyses experience
• Proven ability to design, validate, and analyze large-scale surveys and telemetry data
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative methods, with data science collaboration
• Experience researching complex B2B/enterprise software; IT-adjacent domains a plus
• Track record of influencing without authority; strong communicator with executives and engineers
• Experience building or scaling a research practice; methods, tooling, standards a plus
• Advanced degree in HCI/psychology/anthropology/sociology/statistics or related field is a plus; equivalent experience welcome
• English professional proficiency; French a plus
• Ability to travel 3–4 times per year
• Portfolio or samples showing strategic, organization-wide impact
