As the HIS u0026amp; RCM Implementation Lead in Valencia, you drive end-to-end HIS and RCM deployments across healthcare facilities. You coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and client expectations, and ensure alignment with clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes. You will be the on-site liaison, providing executive-level updates and guiding adoption through go-live stabilization. This hybrid role offers a strategic opportunity to shape implementations that improve patient outcomes and healthcare operations.

• Lead full lifecycle HIS and RCM implementations (planning, design, build, testing, deployment, go-live support)
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for successful delivery
• Engage with client stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of healthcare IT experience focusing on HIS and RCM
• Proven experience in large-scale hospital or healthcare implementations
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes
• Experience with Cerner, Epic, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Based in Valencia, Spain with on-site presence during key phases
