Experteer Overview
In this role you will define EMC design directives for aircraft equipment installation and protection. You’ll support system designers and manage qualification follow-up to ensure compliance with international standards. You will revise EMC test results, validate findings, and assist manufacturers in resolving non-compliances, contributing to safe and reliable airworthiness. Collaborating with design and manufacturing teams, you will help implement EMI/EMC protection techniques and support certification activities for civil and military programs. This position offers meaningful impact in shaping how aircraft systems meet stringent EMC requirements across the lifecycle.

• Define EMC/HIRF/LIE/LDE qualification requirements at equipment and system levels
• Prepare EMC test plans and interpret results for aircraft-level testing
• Support EMC certification processes (civil and military) and propose means of compliance
• Collaborate with system designers and manufacturers on EMC protection and bonding techniques
• Assist FAL with electrical bonding GTRs and solve non-compliances
• Review testing results and validate deviations and improvements
• Support airframe designers for metallization and electrical bonding protection implementations
• Provide follow-up support to equipment manufacturers to resolve non-conformities
Responsabilidades
• Experience in EMI/EMC and/or lightning protection (military or civil)
• Demonstrable knowledge of EMI/EMC and lightning protection methods
• Fluent in English; Spanish mother tongue/proficiency
• Advanced user level of Microsoft Office
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity in work
• Master in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering
