including scheduling and coordination of meetingsResolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time allocationSupport the organization of executive meetings (logistics, invitations, materials)Block time for priority activities and focus sessionsMonitor, organize, and prioritize incoming communicationsDraft simple responses and redirect messages to relevant stakeholdersHighlight urgent or important matters to the executiveQualificationsBachelor’s degree or above3‑7 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably supporting senior leaders in a sales environmentKnowledge of and professional experience in the Io T, telecommunications or electronics industry and salesFluent in English (both written and spoken)
