Experteer Overview
In this role you will elevate AXA's cybersecurity posture by applying AI/ML to penetration testing, attack surface monitoring and vulnerability assurance. You’ll drive proactive security tests across cloud, network, web and internal systems, delivering data-driven insights to strengthen controls. You’ll innovate with AI-assisted tooling to automate assessments and simulate advanced threats, shaping the organization’s security maturity. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Perform advanced penetration tests across web apps, APIs, networks, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and internal systems.
• Research, evaluate and deploy AI/ML tools to automate reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, exploit development support, threat modeling and payload generation.
• Implement continuous attack surface monitoring to map assets and identify new risks in real time.




• Conduct AI-assisted vulnerability assurance, validate scanners, analyze trends and re-verification of remediations.
• Develop custom scripts and integrate AI/ML models to enhance pentest platforms and create new offensive security capabilities.
• Document findings with proofs-of-concept, risk assessments and actionable remediation guidance for engineering and operations teams.
• Stay at the frontier of AI advancements in cybersecurity and explore new offensive security techniques.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in penetration testing, ethical hacking or offensive security
• Demonstrated interest or experience applying AI/ML to cybersecurity challenges
• Experience with AI-powered security tools for vulnerability scanning, threat intelligence, ASM or code analysis
• Ability to develop or customize AI/ML models for offensive security tasks
