You will guide a team of security specialists, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape service offerings and growth initiatives. You’ll solve complex security challenges across clients while advancing methodologies and capabilities. - Proven experience leading and mentoring technical consulting or cyber security teams
- Deep expertise in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, or related disciplines
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Experience supporting client engagements, solution design, scoping, and pre-sales activities
- Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration
- Relevant cyber security qualifications/certifications (e.G., OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO or GXPN) and leadership experience is highly regarded
