At Hays, we are partnering with a leading international company seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Consultant to join a strategic TradeNxt project. This role is adecuado for professionals with strong expertise in backend development, event-driven architectures, cloud technologies, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Build and optimize real-time data processing solutions using Kafka Streams and DMS Streaming .
- Develop high-quality microservices using Java Spring Boot .
- Integrate applications and third-party systems through APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Contribute to cloud-native solutions hosted on AWS .
- Support data analytics and reporting initiatives involving Databricks and Power BI .
- Ensure best practices in version control, containerization, and deployment processes.
Mandatory Requirements Candidates must meet all the following requirements and have proven hands-on experience:
- Strong experience with DMS Streaming and Kafka Streams .
- Solid development experience with Java Spring Boot .
- Experience integrating and consuming APIs .
- Experience working with AWS cloud environments .
- Knowledge of Databricks and Power BI .
- Experience with GitHub and Docker .
- Kafka Certification (mandatory).
- Professional level of English .
Nice to Have
- Experience with scheduling and workload automation tools, particularly Control-M .
