Experteer Overview As Partner Development Manager for the Spanish Market, you will be the key link between Factorial's strategic partners and internal teams, activating networks and building a scalable lead-generation engine within our partner ecosystem. You will define growth and activation objectives by partner, tailor strategies to partner maturity, and drive cross-functional collaboration with the SDR team. This role places you at the center of high-value partnerships that expand our market reach. - Define growth, activation, and pipeline objectives per partner and business unit
- Serve as the primary connection between partners and Factorial
- Adapt commercial strategies to each partner's maturity and structure
- Increase the number of active commercial profiles within each partner
- Collaborate with Factorial's SDR team to co-activate target segments




- Ensure partners have the knowledge and tools to generate quality leads
- Lead periodic business reviews with strategic partnersResponsabilidades
- Native Spanish speaker with at least B1 English
- Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales; SaaS or digital environments a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
