Experteer Overview In this role you will drive high-impact, end-to-end recruitment for Group Functions across international markets, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies. You will balance execution with strategic influence, improving processes and mentoring junior team members. Your work supports Verisure’s growth, general expansion, and employer branding efforts. You will operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment and represent the company with external partners to attract top talent.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex roles across Group Functions (HR, Finance, Strategy, Technology, Procurement, Legal)
- Act as trusted advisor to Directors, HR Leaders, and Functional Leaders with recruitment strategy and market insight
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, challenge role requirements, and ensure high-quality selection
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping and candidate insights to inform decisions
- Manage multiple processes with strong candidate experience and timely delivery
- Drive proactive sourcing for senior and specialist profiles across markets
- Contribute to continuous Talent Acquisition process improvements,



tools, and reporting
- Support international HR projects related to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or graduate programmes
- Mentor and onboard junior recruiters and interns; coordinate early careers initiatives as needed
- Represent Verisure externally with professionalism to reflect company ambition and standardsResponsabilidades

- End-to-end recruitment management for corporate/Group Function roles
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders (Directors, HR Leaders)
- Advising on hiring strategy, market dynamics, role definition, and process quality
- Strong sourcing capability for high-calibre talent
- Mentoring or onboarding interns or junior recruiters
