Responsibilities

Drive proactive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities across Iberia, with a strong focus on customers in and around Madrid

Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders, across customers, EPCs, and industry partners

Lead strategic sales conversations that align Emerson’s value proposition with customer business goals

Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated, high-value solutions

Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within target industries

Conduct regular in-person customer visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities

Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans focused on long-term value creation

Represent Emerson with professionalism, credibility, and confidence in all customer interactions

Requirements





Demonstrated experience in strategic sales or business development, with a strong track record of generating new business opportunities

Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and lead high-level commercial discussions

Deep understanding of the Iberian market, particularly Spain, and how to navigate key industry players

Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English

Willingness and ability to conduct frequent in-person customer meetings (daily visits expected)

Strong market awareness across sectors such as industrial, energy, infrastructure, or related industries

A proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
