Responsibilities and Duties- Design, build, and lead the master data orchestration and end-to-end data flows and integrations across the technology platform.- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows that automate master data orchestration, operational tasks, and platform processes.- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, technical designs, and acceptance criteria for the master data management solution.- Develop, configure, and maintain business process flows in the orchestration tool; perform hands‑on development and implementation of master data solutions.- Design APIs and integrations between platform components and external systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations, data flows, environments, and platform configuration.- Guide and support local country teams through platform setup, localization, and launch activities.- Document confirmed business processes and technical architecture to serve as reference for development and support teams.- Coordinate with agile squads and cross‑functional stakeholders to track deliverables, dependencies, and action items.- Maintain SDLC compliance: keep documentation, system configuration records, test scripts,



and code repositories updated.Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field- a minimum of 3-5 years of software engineering / development experience- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.- Hands‑on software development experience (e.G., coding, scripting, and API development).- Hands‑on experience building agentic AI / GenAI solutions and integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI agents into applications and workflows.- Demonstrated ability to capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions (user stories, process flows, and working code).- Experience working in cross‑functional, self‑organized agile engineering teams.- Strong skills in end‑to‑end business process mapping and curiosity about the big picture.- Analytical approach and hands‑on experience designing, developing, and managing APIs and integrations.- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound technical judgment.- Passionate about staying up to date with current technology and software engineering trends and best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
