Experteer Overview In this role you will support Corporate Capital Markets activities in Madrid, focusing on acquisitions and disposals with emphasis on Sale and Leasebacks and developments across asset classes like industrial, logistics, data centers, and offices. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the main client contact to deliver high-quality outputs. The role blends real estate expertise with financial analysis in a transforming, tech-enabled firm. You will work closely with global colleagues to drive reliable, client-centric solutions.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for real estate transactions with Corporate clients
- Coordinate with Leasing, Account Management, and other departments locally and globally
- Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables and communications
- Understand client needs from both corporate and real estate perspectives

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Law, or Economics
- Experience in real estate transactions, Mu0026A, or financial services in a client or consultancy setting
- Project execution, communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Experience with assets beyond traditional classes (e.G., data centers, self-storage)
- Ability to work with business plans, cash flows, and financial analysis tools
- Knowledge of IFRS-16 is a plus
- Advanced level of English; other languages a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential
