• Grow .You will define the vision, strategy and evolution of the post-investment digital experience, helping customers monitor, understand and grow their investments over time. Working at the intersection of business, customer experience, behavioural insights and technology, you will lead one of the most strategic product areas within Savings &

• Investment digital platform, ensuring a consistent and scalable experience across countries, customer segments and channels.You will partner closely with local markets, Product Owners, technology teams and senior stakeholders to translate customer needs into innovative digital capabilities that improve customer engagement, increase investment activity and strengthen long-term relationships.You will play a key role in building Santander's global digital investment platform,



designing scalable capabilities that can be adopted across multiple countries while remaining flexible enough to address local regulatory, business and customer needs.
