Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive global pharmacovigilance process excellence, shaping strategic improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance to safeguard medicines worldwide. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement changes, improve operations, and support audits and inspections. The position offers the chance to influence high-impact safety decisions and to contribute to patient wellbeing at a global scale. • Lead end-to-end process governance, ensuring sustainable process performance and maturity
• Partner with stakeholders to implement process changes and strengthen regulatory compliance

• Monitor emerging regulations, assess impacts, and drive required process enhancements
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation, training materials,

• Represent pharmacovigilance processes during audits, inspections, and governance forums
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes

Responsabilidades
• PhD, PharmD, MSc degree or Life sciences degree or equivalent
• 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including pharmacovigilance
• Experienced with PSURs / DSURs / RMPs / local aggregate reports
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment
• Strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse global teams
