In this role you will drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing systems for defense-focused electronics, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and align production with product requirements, while leading automation and data-driven optimization initiatives. You’ll work on processes from PCB assembly to testing, shaping reliable, cost-effective production.
