Experteer Overview
In this role you will proactively assess and validate HBX Group’s security posture across corporate, cloud, application, and AI-enabled environments. You will perform offensive security activities, adversary emulation, and Purple Team collaboration to strengthen cyber resilience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify weaknesses, validate controls, and guide secure development and deployment. The position offers the chance to influence security strategy during a period of rapid transformation in travel services.

• Conduct penetration testing across web apps, APIs, cloud, and corporate environments
• Identify vulnerabilities, attack paths, and exposure risks
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure to remediate issues
• Assess risks related to Generative AI, LLMs, and AI pipelines
• Plan and execute Red Team engagements and adversary emulation




• Perform security assessments during the software development lifecycle
• Review cloud configurations and IaC deployments for weaknesses
• Collaborate with Blue Team to validate detections and improve monitoring

Responsabilidades
• Red Team, Penetration Testing, Offensive Security or equivalent security role
• Strong knowledge of offensive security methodologies and adversary emulation
• Experience with vulnerability assessments and security validation
• Knowledge of application security, secure SDLC, and code reviews
• Familiarity with DevOps/Agile in fast-moving delivery environments
• Experience with cloud and container tech (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Scripting and automation to enhance testing capabilities
