In this role you will lead and evolve Horse Powertrain’s general Learning u0026amp; Development function, building a world-class learning ecosystem to equip employees with the skills to execute the business strategy and foster a high-performance culture. You will shape the Lu0026amp;D strategy, manage the LMS and learning catalogue, and design end-to-end development journeys from onboarding to leadership programs. You’ll analyse skills gaps, partner with stakeholders, and ensure governance, compliance and continuous improvement across regions. This is a global role at a dynamic, international company with a focus on transformation through learning.

• Lead the design, governance and evolution of the global Lu0026D function
• Develop and execute the global Lu0026D strategy aligned with business priorities
• Own and enhance the LMS and learning catalogue (HPL Academy)
• Design end-to-end learning journeys (onboarding to executive development)
• Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with HR and leaders to identify capability needs
• Build and manage global learning programs (compliance, technical, leadership, professional development)




• Establish and improve Lu0026D governance, methodologies and processes across regions
• Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to source and deliver learning solutions
• Monitor learning effectiveness, compliance and adoption; use data to drive improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology or related field
• Experience building or scaling a global Lu0026D function or Center of Excellence
• Strong LMS experience and ownership of enterprise-wide learning catalogues
• Expertise in designing learning strategies, competency frameworks and development programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence across functions and seniority
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills; experience managing multiple initiatives
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, multicultural, global environment
• Passion for developing people and embedding a learning culture
