Experteer Overview As a Junior Account Executive at McCann Barcelona, you support day-to-day management of integrated marketing projects and client relationships. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, production, data and technology teams to drive campaigns from brief to delivery. - Support day-to-day management of client accounts and projects
- Develop understanding of client brands, products, markets, and branding guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with global and local client stakeholders
- Assist in coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Production, Data, Technology, and Planning
- Participate in client briefings and support project scopes and budgets
- Contribute to agency briefs, presentations, and client-facing materials




- Ensure smooth cross-team communication and report priorities to Account Director
- Identify opportunities to add value and support account growth
- Coordinate with digital and offline production teams for delivery
- Learn and utilize project management tools and processes

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in advertising, media, or marketing agency
- Passion for marketing, communications, and brand building
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Strong written and verbal communication
