About the role

International SOS is the world’s leading medical & travel security services company operating from over 1,000 locations in more than 80 countries with more than 11,000 multi-cultural medical, security, and logistics experts.

As an International Security Specialist you will provide comprehensive support to the Iberia security team by assisting in the delivery of client-focused security services, contributing to the preparation of client engagements and documentation, while also supporting thought leadership initiatives through content creation, event preparation, and marketing activities. Key responsibilities

Support the delivery of security consulting tasks (security awareness trainings, security monitoring and analysis, escalation planning, crisis management, etc.).

Assist in the preparation and coordination of client security meetings and related documentation.

Support thought leadership initiatives by drafting articles, preparing conference materials, and contributing to marketing and engagement efforts

Advanced Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel skills and ideally mapping and OSINT tools

Advanced organizational skills
