The role will have a global scope and a direct impact on defining development programs,



frameworks and solutions for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.Reporting to the General Leadership, Learning & Culture Leader, key responsibilities will include:Design and evolve global leadership development programs aligned with business priorities. Define and implement career development frameworks and career pathways across different employee populations. Design scalable development solutions that can be adapted and deployed across multiple regions. Identify organizational and talent development needs through analysis of business priorities and performance gaps. Translate strategic business needs into impactful talent development initiatives and programs.Define metrics and evaluation methodologies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of development initiatives.Analyze data, feedback and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
