Experteer Overview
In this role, you will provide financial leadership and business partnering for the Łódź site, delivering accurate insights, cost analysis, and performance visibility to enable strong decision-making. You will act as the main Finance partner for plant operations and help integrate the site into the European structure. Expect hands-on collaboration with operations to drive cost control and process improvements, while keeping stakeholders informed across the organization. This is an opportunity to shape the site’s financial performance within a European manufacturing network.

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the manufacturing site, ensuring timely compliance with corporate and regional requirements
• Oversee annual budget and quarterly forecasts (headcount, expenses, inventory, and key metrics)
• Monitor costs, perform variance analysis, and identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
• Maintain KPI dashboards (financial and operational) and provide actionable insights to management and regional teams
• Manage inventory valuation and standard costing processes for materials, labor, and overheads
• Support physical inventory counts, reconciliation, and working capital optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations to improve cost control and efficiency and enhance financial performance
• Support CapEx management, profitability and pricing analysis,
and continuous improvement and standardization efforts
• Drive financial and operational integration of the site into Central European and wider European structure
• Act as the main Finance focal point in Poland, coordinating with European Finance and Accounting on local financial, statutory, and tax matters
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 6 years in similar Finance roles, including at least 3 years of plant controlling experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of FPu0026A, cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis and manufacturing/supply chain finance
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and ability to work closely with plant teams on the shop floor
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong ERP experience; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI highly valued
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Experience with plant integration projects, system implementations or operational transitions is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
• Proactive, hands-on, results-oriented with excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills; capable of functioning in a matrix organization
