This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure.You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.Your role, your impactDefine and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and planLead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levelsDrive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, Test Complete)Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers)Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceabilityOversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue managementDefine and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis toolsRepresent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V progress and risksLead the V&V team and manage subcontractors and work packagesEnsure independence between verification and design activitiesYou’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, system,
and security domains - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.What you bringExperience in verification & validation, testing, integration or system engineeringStrong knowledge of test automation strategies and tools (e.G.
