as a

SAP FICO Consultant / SAP FICO Business Analyst

(5+ years preferred). Strong proficiency with

SAP FI : GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Month-End and Year-End Closing processes. Experience with

SAP CO , including Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Solid knowledge of

FI-MM and FI-SD integrations . Hands-on experience with

SAP FI/CO customizing and configuration . Experience working in

international and multi-company environments . Participation in

SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects

is highly valued. Professional proficiency in

English

(written and spoken). Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Analyze and gather business requirements from Finance and Controlling stakeholders. Lead workshops and translate business needs into

SAP FICO solutions . Configure and customize

SAP FI and CO modules . Prepare functional specifications and support developments. Participate in

ECC to S/4HANA migration projects , including impact analysis, New GL,



Universal Journal and data reconciliation. Ensure proper integration between

Finance, MM and SD processes . Define and execute testing strategies, UAT activities and post-go-live support. Collaborate with international teams to improve Finance and Controlling processes within SAP. Stay up to date with SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations.
