The successful applicant will be able to work at our Barcelona office or remotely from Spain.This role is based in the Midcore District, a business unit within MTG that Plarium is part of. The Midcore District is home to six gaming studios: Plarium, Inno Games, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Together, these studios make games played by tens of millions of people on mobile and PC.The District isn’t just a holding structure. We offer our studios a shared ecosystem covering marketing, data analytics, technology, player services, publishing, D2 C distribution, and more so that they can focus on making great games.We are looking for a Creative Manager to join the Integral Creative Strategy team and work alongside Creative Strategists, Creative Managers, Designers, Video Editors, Motion Artists, User Acquisition Managers, and external production partners. The role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, supporting multiple game teams and marketing initiatives across different genres.ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for performance marketing campaigns across multiple game genresCollaborate hands‑on with designers, editors, artists, and external partners to bring creative ideas to lifeImprove creative performance by leveraging campaign data, user insights, and industry best practicesExplore and implement new creative formats, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and production workflowsAnalyze campaign performance and iterate on concepts based on measurable results.Stay informed on gaming, advertising, social media, and creative trends to continuously generate fresh ideasPartner closely with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, game studios,
