Entitat Social / Entidad Social is looking for a versatile Waste Management Specialist to work as a shift relief operator across various operational centers in Mallorca. In this full-time role, you will assist technical staff in organizing daily tasks, maintaining facilities, ensuring proper waste separation, and supporting logistics across multiple departments.

Your daily responsibilities will span several key operational areas:

- Workshop and Storage: Support technical production staff with workshop planning, proper waste separation, storage management, and moving products or donations using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Logistics: Assist technical staff with pickup and delivery routes for goods and donations, perform flyer distribution, handle phone inquiries, and navigate route schedules.
- Clothing Workshop: Receive, sort, evaluate, condition, label, and weigh donated clothing items, while supporting sales and preparing orders for internal and external clients.
- Facility Maintenance: Clean designated spaces such as offices, restrooms, and training rooms, empty waste bins, and apply appropriate cleaning materials for different surface types.
- Recycling Green Point: Provide customer service, receive incoming materials, manage daily recycling facility tasks, maintain order and minor repairs, and record operational incidents.

What you need to bring to the role:

- Education: Primary school certificate (certificat d'estudis primaris).
- Driving License:



Valid Category B license is essential (having your own vehicle to travel between work centers is highly valued).
- Languages: Catalan (A1 level) and Spanish (A2 level).
- Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities, conflict resolution skills, communication skills, autonomy, efficiency, and high flexibility for shift work.

What the position offers:

- Temporary full-time contract to cover a medical leave.
- Gross annual salary of €1,760.05 (based on 12 monthly payments).
- Shift schedule working Monday through Sunday in rotating shifts between 06:00 and 21:45, with extra pay for holiday shifts.
